Paying for your order

Our preferred method for receiving payments is EFT (Electronic Transfer). Alternatively a cash deposit can be made into our bank account or a cash payment can be made on collection. Once you have placed your order, an invoice with our banking details will be received.

Shipping your order

We currently use "The Courier Guy" for all our shipments. They deliver to any address in South Africa and the pricing is very reasonable.

use two different services to ship orders. Both options will be available during the check-out process. It is the responsibility of the customer to check if they reside in a courier zone before selecting the courier shipping option. Courier costs are generally lower than Post Office rates but are not available to all areas.

South African Post Office

This shipping option is available to all customers. We use the regular parcel service with tracking. Parcels are delivered to over 2000 post office outlets nationwide.

Prices range from R30 for a 1kg parcel up to R195 for a 30kg parcel. The website will automatically calculate the cost of the shipment and add it to the order total.

Fastway Couriers

Fastway provides a cost effective courier option to most major cities and surrounding areas. Delivery Times vary depending on the zone:

Zone 1 (Joburg, Pretoria and surrounds) - 1 Working Day
Zone 2 (Rustenburg, Klerksdorp, KZN, Vaal) - 1 Working Day
Zone 3 (Western & Eastern Cape) - 2 Working Days

Costs range from R60 to R135 and parcels up to 25kg can be sent using this service. As with the post office service, the website will automatically calculate the cost of the shipment and add it to the order total.
